Our latest technology is an expandible automated component cell with three 5-axis Hermle machining centers serviced by a multi axis Kuka robot. The integral 200 pallet library will allow continuous unattended manufacturing of a variety of components from 1 to 500 pounds in size. Built in AI will allow the cell to reprioritize production based on any changes to the schedule. Truly a best in class achievement.

Our World Headquarters- a 66,000 square foot facility plus a new shop acquisition- builds tools for 250 to 4000-ton presses; producing 200 molds per year. Cavalier tool can handle any project of any size. 
Cavalier has also established additional design and engineering capabilities, known as Cavalier Tool Design India (CTI) with two offices in Chennai and one in Lucknow, India.
