Christina is a senior human resource professional, who has over 16 years’ experience of human resources management, specifically in plastics manufacturing.  Starting her career at Blue Diamond Industries, a plastics manufacturer of conduit in southeast Kentucky, to joining Westfall Technik in 2018.  Christina grown within the Westfall organization from the Regional HR Manager, Director of HR, to now leading a wonderful team as the Sr. Director of HR.   She dedicates her expertise to be a hands-on leader to oversee strategic human resource planning’s designed to attract and retain the best talent available.  Christina earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
